Returns
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw under certain conditions. All details regarding your right of withdrawal can be found in the Cancellation policy.
Please do not return items to us without postage prepaid, as the shipping provider usually charges significantly higher fees, which we would have to pass on to you.
Our liposomal products are sealed with a paper seal on the packaging. The products must be stored in a cool place after opening. If the seal is broken, they would be unsaleable after return and therefore worthless to us. As soon as a liposomal product has been opened by the customer, the right of cancellation expires.

We will inform you immediately upon receipt of the goods and refund the purchase price that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be processed as quickly as possible after receipt and inspection of your return. This process may take up to 14 days.
We reserve the right to assert claims for loss of value of the returned goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality: in particular damage, opening of sealed containers, etc.

Complaints
If you have reason for complaint, such as damaged items or quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs under warranty and provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.
In any case, please coordinate the procedure with our customer service and do not send items back to us without postage prepaid, as this would incur high costs.
